These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the aaaaopen platform. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. These terms apply to all players accessing aaaaopen from within the Philippines and abroad.
aaaaopen is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Age verification is required at registration and may be requested again during account review. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately and any funds forfeited.
Each natural person is permitted one (1) aaaaopen account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts. If duplicate Accounts are identified, aaaaopen reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated transactions, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. aaaaopen strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect your Account. Any activity carried out through your Account credentials, whether by you or by another person to whom you have disclosed those credentials, shall be your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify aaaaopen immediately via the live support channel.
aaaaopen is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's Licence, or PRC ID), proof of current address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by aaaaopen may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending compliance.
aaaaopen currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosks), Palawan Pawnshop, and Cebuana Lhuillier. This list is subject to change without prior notice; the current list of accepted payment methods is available within the Deposit section of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount on the aaaaopen Platform is ₱50.00 per transaction, unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method as disclosed at the point of deposit. aaaaopen does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees for which aaaaopen is not responsible.
GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to your aaaaopen Account in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business hour during banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven or partner remittance centres require manual reference number submission and may take up to two (2) hours to process. aaaaopen will notify you via SMS once your deposit has been credited.
aaaaopen reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. Funds deposited on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, may be subject to verification or refusal.
You may withdraw your Real Money Balance at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to aaaaopen's satisfaction; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) there being no active investigation or restriction applied to your Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 per transaction. aaaaopen does not currently impose a standard withdrawal fee for GCash cashouts, though processing fees may apply for certain bank transfer methods. Current fee schedules are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account.
GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. Players with VIP Platinum or Diamond tier status benefit from expedited processing queues as described in the aaaaopen VIP Programme terms.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, aaaaopen may request alternative withdrawal account details, subject to identity verification. aaaaopen reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
aaaaopen offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonuses, Daily Reload Bonuses, Weekly Cashback Credits, and Referral Bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types are stated on each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to eligible slot games. aaaaopen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of a promotion's termination will generally be honoured provided wagering has commenced, subject to aaaaopen's discretion and compliance requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach of these Terms, aaaaopen may forfeit the Account's balance. Where closure is initiated by aaaaopen for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player fault, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of applicable KYC and compliance checks.

All content on the aaaaopen Platform — including but not limited to the aaaaopen brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of aaaaopen or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineering or extracting source code from any Platform software; or using any aaaaopen trademarks or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by aaaaopen.
Unauthorised use of aaaaopen intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, aaaaopen shall not be liable for:
aaaaopen's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aaaaopen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and aaaaopen's Privacy Policy available at aaaaopen.app/privacy-policy.
By creating an Account and using the aaaaopen Platform, you consent to aaaaopen processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes including: account management and verification; transaction processing; regulatory compliance and fraud prevention; customer support; marketing communications (where you have consented to receive such communications); and improving the Platform's features and performance.
aaaaopen does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification providers, gaming software licensors, and regulatory authorities, where necessary and lawful. All data processing arrangements with third-party processors are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
aaaaopen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via: (a) a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or login screen; and/or (b) an SMS notification to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number.
Amendments take effect from the "Effective Date" indicated at the top of the revised Terms & Conditions document. aaaaopen is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should proceed through the following steps:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, which cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to aaaaopen's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
